We understand that life happens and your well-being is our priority. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for care.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 60% of the scheduled service. This policy helps us honor the time we’ve set aside specifically for you.
