Out of respect for our time together, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice (that are not due to emergency circumstances) will be charged 75% of the scheduled session and no-shows will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen, these situations will be handled individually and with compassion. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment. If we begin late due to our own delay, you’ll always receive your full session time.
