Our work blends therapeutic massage, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, buccal and facial massage, cupping therapy, and energy work. Every session is customized based on your body’s needs that day. Whether you’re looking for deep relief, gentle support, or simply time to reset, we’ll create a session that feels nourishing and effective for you.
The easiest way to book is online through our website or the Vagaro app, where you can view real-time availability and choose the service that best fits your needs. If you’d prefer to speak with someone or have a specific question, feel free to call or text, we're happy to help you get scheduled.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the price of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the space to someone else who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice (that are not due to emergency circumstances) will be charged the 75% of the scheduled session. No-shows will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen, these situations will be handled individually and with compassion. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor the next client’s appointment. If we begin late due to our own delay, you’ll always receive your full session time.
Your first visit is all about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll start with a brief intake conversation to go over your health history, any physical or emotional considerations, and your goals for the session. Whether you're here for bodywork, birth support, or relaxation you can expect a peaceful, judgment-free experience where your comfort and care are always the priority.
Yes, absolutely. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs and your goals for that day. Whether it’s neck tension, low back pain, post-surgical swelling, or overall stress, you’re encouraged to share what’s going on in your body physically and emotionally, and we’ll focus the session accordingly. Your input helps guide the work so you can get the most out of your time on the table.
Yes, when it’s done by a trained prenatal therapist, massage can be incredibly supportive during pregnancy. Our prenatal sessions are tailored to meet your body’s changing needs throughout each trimester. We use special cushions and side-lying positioning to ensure both your safety and comfort. Prenatal massage can help with back pain, swelling, sleep, and nervous system regulation, and offers a safe space to deeply connect with your body and baby.
