  • How do I book an appointment?
    The easiest way to book is online through our website or the Vagaro app, where you can view real-time availability and choose the service that best fits your needs. If you’d prefer to speak with someone or have a specific question, feel free to call or text, we're happy to help you get scheduled.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 60% of the service price.
  • What should I expect during my first visit?
    Your first visit is all about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll start with a brief intake conversation to go over your health history, any physical or emotional considerations, and your goals for the session. Whether you're here for bodywork, birth support, or relaxation you can expect a peaceful, judgment-free experience where your comfort and care are always the priority.

    Yes, absolutely. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs and your goals for that day. Whether it’s neck tension, low back pain, post-surgical swelling, or overall stress, you’re encouraged to share what’s going on in your body physically and emotionally, and we’ll focus the session accordingly. Your input helps guide the work so you can get the most out of your time on the table.
  • Is massage safe during pregnancy?
    Yes, when it’s done by a trained prenatal therapist, massage can be incredibly supportive during pregnancy. Our prenatal sessions are tailored to meet your body’s changing needs throughout each trimester. We use special cushions and side-lying positioning to ensure both your safety and comfort. Prenatal massage can help with back pain, swelling, sleep, and nervous system regulation, and offers a safe space to deeply connect with your body and baby.
